In this project, I collaborated with Lawyer Huang to translate her insightful Chinese articles into English, focusing on contemporary and foundational IP topics. The scope of translation encompassed cutting-edge subjects like digital art, VR, NFTs, AI and the metaverse, as well as essential legal concepts such as moral rights and IP derivatives, licensing agreements, and contract structuring techniques.
