Kara 畢業於國立台北大學財經法律學系，並具備加州法務證照。她曾深耕台灣財務機構與政府機關法務，也協助過文策院 (TAICCA) 的法規翻譯，現於媒體集團負責智財合約管理。基於對現代合約設計的熱忱，她翻譯了 David W. Tollen 的《科技合約手冊》，致力於將具備高度實務價值的法律資源引進中文世界。

Kara holds a Financial Law degree from National Taipei University and is a California-certificated paralegal. With a professional background spanning the Taiwanese financial and government sectors, she currently manages IP contracts for a media group. Driven by a passion for modern contract design, she introduced a foundational resource to Chinese readers by translating David W. Tollen’s The Tech Contracts Handbook.
